RETURNS
Our return policy lasts for 30 days. Unfortunately, if 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
Only wrong items shipped or damaged goods are eligible for return in the shipping part. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in its original packaging. Please note that certain types of goods, as well as intimate or sanitary products, are exempt from being returned.
We require a receipt or proof of purchase to complete your return.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds might be granted: (if applicable)

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account. Contact your credit card company and then your bank if needed. If the issue persists, reach out to us at cs@nettenco.com.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at cs@nettenco.com.
Shipping
To return your product, please contact us at cs@nettenco.com.
You are responsible for the shipping costs for returning your item, and these costs are non-refundable. Consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $50, as we do not guarantee receipt of your returned item.
We strongly recommend using a tracked or insured shipping method. Please note that we cannot issue a refund if we do not receive the returned product.
